During an unexpected break in the rain this
morning, we were finally able to visit the International Rose Test Garden. 
The photos that follow show some of the more spectacular blooms, mostly roses, but other flowers as well.
Wonderful flowers--looks like they passed the test! Or is the Rose Test Garden a place where the roses test you? Gotta start studying! I bet the blooms like all the rain out there--they look very happy.
